GAME DESIGNER
  • Worked directly with the Lead Designer, Senior Designers, Creative Director, Producers, Programmers, and Artists designing game modes, helping reinforce core design pillars, and creating gameplay experiences.

  • Designed major features by writing design specifications, U.I. interaction/I.A. flowcharts, power-point presentations, helping sell ideas, and spreading consensus among the team.

  • Wrote game design specs and designed gameplay/UI flow charts for both the single player and multiplayer aspects of the game.

  • Documented key design decisions from the design team and suggested creative features that appeal to a broad customer base.

  • Worked directly with programmers to design and develop new editor tools for improved gameplay and then documented the controls and technical information on how to implement the new features.

  • Wrote XML files and rigged intractable points of interests around the cars featured in the “Autovista” mode.

  • Designed and tuned the Kinect first person camera controls (body and head tracking) to feel natural when interacting with the game.

  • Managed and archived all design documentation provided from the other designers for SharePoint access on the network.
