GAME DESIGNER

Worked directly with the Lead Designer, Senior Designers, Creative Director, Producers, Programmers, and Artists designing game modes, helping reinforce core design pillars, and creating gameplay experiences.
Helped design major features (such as the recenly announced "Drivatar") by writing design specifications, U.I. interaction/I.A. flowcharts, power-point presentations, helping sell ideas, and spreading consensus among the team.
Wrote game design specs and designed gameplay/UI flow charts for both the single player and multiplayer aspects of the game.
Documented key design decisions from the design team and suggested creative features that appeal to a broad customer base.
Managed and archived all design documentation provided from the other designers for SharePoint access on the network.
